This intensive single-day course teaches participants how to improve technique and reduce injury with improved aerobic capacity and performance. The TrueForm Runner will allow participants to address their specific gait characteristics revealing inefficiencies leading to improved running efficiency and speed. This is an active workshop and participants will learn innovative techniques and drills.
